Are these real desi eggs?

Yes. They're laid by desi laying breeds — Australorp, Rhode Island Red and Golden Misri — raised on natural grains. You'll see a natural yellow yolk and a firm white.

How are these different from your Village eggs?

These are desi-breed hens on a managed setup, with a natural yellow yolk — good quality at an everyday price. Our Pure Desi Eggs (Village) come from free-range hens in village homes in Bhakkar — a different product, different price. Both are real; they're just farmed differently.

What colour is the yolk?

Natural yellow. Yolk colour reflects what the hen eats, so it can shift slightly with the season. Deep-orange yolks usually come from pigment-enriched feed — ours don't use that.

How fresh are they?

Collected and dispatched the same day. No warehouse, no cold storage sitting in between.
